Information
  • Pace is moderate:  10 - 15 mph
  • Distance:  18 - 30 miles
  • Any type of bicycle:  road bike, mountain bike, 1 speed, 3 speed, 21 speed
     
  • Obey the rules of the road
     
  • Helmet required
     

  • RIDES ARE FREE  and WE STOP ALONG THE WAY TO EAT

There are a few important tools that you should take on any bike ride:
  • extra tube
  • patches to fix any holes
  • tire irons to get the tire off
  • pump that fits your tube
  • Always take water to drink
